At the 2024 "China Studies" Scholars Conference hosted by the Wilson Presidential International Scholars Center, the Kissinger Institute for Chinese and American Studies collects Wu Limin's ink paintings.
The US Asian Cultural Academy sent four scholars to participate in the event. Assistant Dean Professor Guo Yugui, representing Dean Dr. R. Mallory Starr, Jr. and the College Art Center, presented two exquisite ink paintings by renowned Chinese artist Mr. Wu Limin to the Kissinger Institute for China and the United States. Robert Daly, Director of the Kissinger Institute, accepted the artworks on behalf of the institute. The paintings will be permanently housed there, serving as a symbol of friendship and cultural exchange between Chinese and American artists.
The U.S. Asian Cultural Academy (UACA) has promoted the art of Yue ware, a traditional Chinese porcelain, through exhibitions and events. At one such event, UACA showcased works by renowned ceramist Chen Pengfei, who is celebrated for his distinctive celadon glazing. This exhibition, held during Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, helped educate the public on the cultural and artistic significance of Yue ware. The event included talks led by experts like Dr. Michael Lu.

The Second Asia-Middle East International High-Level Academic Forum was held at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis. It was co-organized by the Asian Cultural Institute of the United States and Shanghai International Studies University of China. During the opening ceremony, Dr. Mallory Starr, President of the Asian Cultural Institute, delivered a speech emphasizing the institute’s mission. He highlighted that fostering strong academic and ideological exchanges with Asia remains a central goal of the organization.

Chen Xiang Mei, known for her work as a writer and advocate, contributed significantly to raising awareness about HIV/AIDS in China. One of her notable works involves discussing the impact of AIDS on Chinese society, particularly through her book that examines health challenges in the country. Her writing aims to inform the public about HIV/AIDS while promoting social and medical reforms.
